Video Release Agreement

Anytime you are going to video tape an interview, a music video, testimonial, or anything.... you need to get anyone that will be on tape to sign a video release agreement. If you don't, they can sue you, they can refuse to let you use the video, and they can make you pull the video from stores, internet, or any other place you might be using the video for promotion or sales. Photo and Video Release Agreement

I ______________________________________________ , do hereby grant (label or
artist name) permission to use my photograph and/or video tape for use in various
publications and media (including, but not limited to DVDs, videos, radio, t.v., internet,
etc.). All rights pertaining to all publications and media uses made hereunder shall
remain the property of  (label or artist name).
 
In addition, I hereby grant (label or artist name) permission to use my voice, and
give all rights to use my voice in any and all commercial or other interest in which
(label or artist name)is concerned.
 
Signer warrants that he/she is authorized, and of legal age, to fully enter into this
agreement, and grants permission here within.
